For Our Guests
what we provide
Each of our beds, including sleeper sofas, are made with luxury linens. Our bathrooms are stocked with clean towels, washcloths, and hand towels, along with hand soap, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. Showers will have a body soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Each kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, flatware, and serving-ware. The main house has 60 melamine dinner and salad plates and over 30 full place settings which includes chargers, napkins, silverware, and drinkware. We also provide many oversized serving platters, drink dispensers, and salad bowls (see instagram for pictures.) The kitchens have many cutting boards, big stock and pasta pots, colanders, a blender, a crock pot, a big griddle, waffle maker, and grill basket. If there are specific pans, dishes, or utensils needed for meals or meal prep, we ask guests reach out to us prior to check in to ensure these items are easily accessible. The guest house has dishes, flatware, and glasses for 12. We ask guests please bring their own storage containers for leftovers, disposable plates and cups, as well as ziplock bags, foil, and saran wrap if needed throughout their stay. Any pantry items or seasonings needed for recipes, will need to be brought.
Each house has its own drip coffee pot with filters as well as a Kreiug machine with a carafe. We ask guests please bring their own coffee grounds and preferred K-cups.
Our tap water is treated and drinkable however well-water can have a different taste than city water. Please consider bringing a couple sources of water to re-fill coffee pots.
Both houses will be supplied with trash bags, a few rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap and hand soap, as well as a basic inventory of cleaning supplies should accidents occur.
On the back porch patio are two gas grills. We provide the propane however if charcoal is preferred, it is an option on one of the grills (please see pictures in our gallery.) Guests would need to bring their own charcoal and/or wood-chips for smoking.
No firewood is necessary. Both our firepit and fireplaces are propane, which we provide.
There is wifi available in both houses and the network and passcode is displayed in various areas around the property.
For the pool - guests are welcome to bring their own pool and river toys. We provide a handful of pool towels; however, if your group includes a large number of swimmers, please bring additional pool towels. Kiddos may also want flashlights and river shoes.
